We accept returns and issue refunds on all our products, except rope, within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused and come returned with the original packaging. All orders between now and December 25 have an extended return date through the end of January.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and reshipping charges. The customer’s credit card will be charged the cost of shipping after this total is approved by the customer.
Cave Suit Exception: In the case of cave suit size exchanges, standard shipping will be provided by West Virginia Underground. If the customer wishes to upgrade shipping, he or she is responsible for the additional charge.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Full refund minus the cost of shipping will be credited to the customer’s credit card after the return is received by our shipping department.
If a product is shipped in error or is received by the customer damaged, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and shipping of the replacement product.
To initiate a return:
Call or email West Virginia Underground. If emailing, include full name and Order #.
Specify return or exchange.
If exchanging, specify the product to be shipped.
Include any other instructions.
A packing label will be emailed to the customer (unless this is a problem). Include in the box a copy of the receipt or a note with name and Order #. Print and affix the label to the box and request a pickup or drop off the package to the appropriate postal service.
